Who is responsible?

Data controller: Multiversera Teknoloji Yatırımları Anonim Şirketi — the party that operates this website and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. This section is published to meet the disclosure duty under KVKK art. 10.

Requests: you may send requests under KVKK art. 11 to info@multiversera.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest under KVKK art. 13. The right most often needed — withdrawing your consent — requires no request at all: the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page opens a panel where you can switch measurement off; it stops immediately and the _ga cookies are deleted.

The company's MERSİS number, tax office/number and registered address are not published on this site; because they are unverified they have not been written here.

No content on this site is investment advice, a return promise, a fundraising call or a capital-markets recommendation. The content is for product and collaboration introduction purposes only and is not legal advice.

KVKK / data processing

For the data controller and the request channel see "Who is responsible?". Personal data is processed only for an explicit, legitimate purpose, with a data-minimization principle, and is not used beyond that purpose. This is an approach, not a guarantee of definitive compliance; every implementation requires independent legal review.

The legal bases are distinct and are not collapsed into one:

Visit measurement — explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). If you do not consent, measurement never starts; you may withdraw consent at any time.
Contact correspondence — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Data you send us by e-mail is used only for the purpose of the conversation.
Server access logs — legal obligation and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-a and 5/2-f). Raw logs are kept by the hosting provider, which determines the retention period.

Measurement and cookies

Short answer: measurement on this site sits behind a hard gate. Until you choose "Accept all", no request is sent to googletagmanager.com and no measurement cookie is written. The default state is refused; there is no implied consent and no pre-ticked box.

Once you consent, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LYJCWRXKH7) runs and the following cookies are written:

_ga — client identifier, lifetime approximately 2 years
_ga_LYJCWRXKH7 — session state, lifetime approximately 2 years

This data is transferred to Google and may be processed outside Turkiye (KVKK art. 9 — cross-border transfer). Because Google Analytics uses a client identifier, the data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. You are never asked to identify yourself; ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled in code (allow_google_signals: false, allow_ad_personalization_signals: false). No advertising, remarketing or profile-selling code runs on this site. In this GA4 property, user- and event-level data retention is set to at most 14 months.

Current consent-text version in force: 2026-08-20. Your approval is recorded together with this version; if the version changes, the earlier approval is treated as invalid and you are asked again.

Scope of enhanced measurement

GA4's "Enhanced Measurement" is on by default and can collect more than page views: outbound link clicks (this site has 2 external targets: an Anadolu Agency news link and a YouTube link), file downloads (10 public PDF documents), scroll depth and video engagement. This site has no on-site search form, so no site-search event occurs.

Your consent record

Your decision is stored not in a cookie but in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and is never sent to a server.

Contents: the measurement decision, the embedded-content decision, the date of the decision and the version of the text you approved
Lifetime: at most 12 months. When it expires, or when the version of this text changes, you are asked again and measurement does not start until then.

If your browser blocks local storage (for example private mode), your consent cannot be recorded in a provable way, so measurement is not started at all and you are told so.

Turning measurement off

The on-site preference panel (primary route). Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, untick the measurement box and save. The _ga cookies are deleted and measurement stops.
You can block this site in your browser's cookie and site-data settings.
Google's browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Script injected by the hosting provider

In the interest of honesty: our hosting provider injects its own traffic-monitoring script (img1.wsimg.com/traffic-assets/js/tccl.min.js) into every HTML page it serves. This script is not part of our published package, was not placed there by us, and cannot be blocked by our consent gate. It may write cookies such as _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session independently of your choice. For this reason we do not claim that "no cookie is written before consent"; the accurate statement is: no measurement cookie is written and no request is sent to Google before consent. A request to disable this injection has been raised with the hosting provider.

Aggregated counting from server logs

So that visitors who refuse measurement can still be counted, we produce an aggregated count from the access logs the server already keeps — independently of Google.

What is produced: daily page views, day-unique visitor counts, language distribution, most-read pages and referrers — all aggregated.
Why no consent is required: nothing is written to your device and nothing is read from it, so this falls outside the scope of cookie consent.
Honesty clause: even if you refuse measurement or choose "Essential only", a server log entry is still created and you are included in this aggregated count. This does not mean any data goes to Google.
What is kept: the report contains no IP address. The hash used for day-unique counting is computed with a random salt that is regenerated on every run and never written to disk, so the report cannot be traced back to a person. No individual profiles are built and no cross-site tracking is performed.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Keeping the raw access logs is the hosting provider's legal obligation and it determines the retention period.

Embedded video and external links

The video in the "From the Archive to Today" section loads from the privacy-preserving youtube-nocookie.com domain. The video is governed by a separate preference, "third-party embedded content": if you have not allowed it, the video frame does not load and you are asked in place. Once you allow it and play the video, third-party cookies or services may be involved, subject to YouTube's own privacy terms. External links on the page (e.g. Anadolu Agency) open in a separate tab and are subject to the privacy policies of the relevant sites.

Your rights and how to apply

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Send requests to info@multiversera.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr). If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
